Write down three things you are grateful for and why. |
|
24 |
Try something new, even something small, such as a new route, recipe, or song. |

26 |
Move your body in a way you enjoy: dance, stretch, cycle, or swim. |
|
27 |
Update your personal well-being plan with what you have learned. |
|
28 |
Thank someone who has supported you, in person or in writing. |
|
29 |
Write a letter to yourself in three months about what you hope and what you will keep doing. |
|
30 |
Review the whole challenge. What changed? Choose three habits to keep for the next month. |
After the thirty days
Notice what worked for you and keep it. Habits grow from repeating small actions, not from heroic effort. If you found the challenge difficult, or if your mood stayed low or your worries grew, take that as useful information and talk to a doctor or counsellor. Asking for help is part of caring for your mind, and it is one of the strongest things you can do.
