A free book on the mind, for every home.
We are living through a quiet emergency of the mind. Days are crowded, sleep is short, screens never switch off, and many people carry worry, sadness or exhaustion without words for it. Students feel pressure that some of them cannot bear, and too many young lives are being lost. Families watch someone they love change and do not know what is happening or whom to ask. Mental illness is common, yet shame keeps it silent.
Psychology for Everyone was written to break that silence with plain knowledge. It explains, in everyday language, how the mind, the brain and the body work together, what common problems look like, when and where to seek help, and how to support one another. It brings modern psychology together with the wisdom of India's classical texts.
The whole book is free to read here, for everyone, everywhere. Read it from start to end, volume by volume, or just the chapter you need today. Test your understanding, listen and watch, and pass it on to someone who needs it.
सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः ।
May all be happy; may all be free from illness.
If you or someone near you is in danger right now, please contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
